The IT/D Business Partner (BP) for our Bearing Divisions serves as the relationship link from our Industrial and Engine Bearings Branche to IT/D at the executive level. This functtion has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface between IT/D and the bearings division for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

Responsibilities
- Owns the definition and implementation of the divisional / site specific digitalisation roadmap
- Drives overall Miba IT/Digitalisation strategy and budget (focus on Grow & Transform) together with other divisional IT/Digitalisation business partners
- Aligns strategic IT/Digitalisation portfolio and needed capabilities with IT/Digitalisation product organisation
- Works in close collaboration with enterprise architects on defining future divisional IT architecture landscape
- Monitors realization of business value of implemented digitalization initiatives
- Monitors IT/Digitalisation performance on business KPIs and supports optimisation of corresponding IT/digitalisation processes / organisation
- Drives agile transformation within business divisions and sites
- Reports directly to General Manager of Bearings division
Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various global technical environments and business segments
- Understanding of strategic planning including digital business models and opportunities
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business to include their business drivers for success, processes and approaches to digitalisation initiatives
- Fluent in German and English
- Experienced in working in an agile working environment is a plus
