IT System Administrator (w/m/d)

Your future field of activity:
- Administration of Windows client and server systems (AD, Group Policy GPO)
- Contact person for malfunctions and problems in the user area (support)
- Support of existing PCs with peripherals, Windows and Linux servers, firewall
- Hardware and software support: installation and configuration/distribution
- support of mobile devices and telephone systems
- Carrying out installation and updates
- User support (Office, Internet, M365, Azure, Active Directory)
- maintenance and support of the ERP system
- documentation and various IT administrative tasks
- support of network devices
- Ensuring and further developing system security (cybersecurity)
Your profile:
- Completed IT training (apprenticeship, HTL, FH) or comparable qualification
- professional experience in IT administration
- Solid knowledge in the following areas: Windows 10/11, Online Exchange, AD, Linux, SQL, Microsoft server operating systems, MS 365 environment (Azure, Intune knowledge is an advantage), VMware ESXi environment
- troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn, structured work and high service orientation
- team player with a high degree of independence
