Our business

Your role:

  • Accountable and responsible for configuring the global ITSM Reporting suite that it used to steer major IT and Security Processes e.g. Vulnerability Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Change Management etc.
  • Accountable to operate the reporting infrastructure end-to-end by troubleshooting issues and coordination with vendors to ensure continuous service availability and excellence
  • Participation in major IT infrastructure and IT Security projects by taking over and managing individual work packages. This includes the current BOOST Borealis Integration.
  • Day-by-day operations: handles requests related to Reporting in time and documents them in the ITSM tool.
  • Accountable to define and implement the overall ITSM reporting architecture
  • Globally accountable to document the reporting implementation and ensure trainings are available globally and reach all relevant stakeholders.
  • Accountable to ensure proper KPI reporting for all ITSM processes to enable Group IT to deliver excellent services on a global scale.
  • Consults the Department Manager, HoD, VP, and CIO to ensure reports are implemented in a way to enable all management levels to properly steer the global organisation

Your profile:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT and at least 5 years of experience
  • Able to independently work and operate PowerBI and relevant ServiceNow areas
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and ITSM Processes for coordination and reporting purposes
  • Relevant scripting and programming skills (i.e. M, DAX, Python, SQL etc.)
  • ITIL foundation preferred
  • Ability to understand and follow defined standard processes
  • Ability to work on multiple topics at the same time
  • Working independently and with accuracy (exact working) and working in teams
