I know this is a Mini forum but someone here restore old arcade machines, I don't remember who it was to send a PM to, to ask this question.
I saw this in a antique store today and started to buy it but am not sure what it is worth. It takes quarters and has a lot of different games on it to chose from. I don't know anything about when it was made.
If someone here knows anything about these and what is a fair price, please let me know.

A quick glance on the internet it appears that a Midway units asking price is a little under to a little over three grand.

I was trying to remember who that was too because I have a couple of games that need some work. All I remember was his family was in the coin-op business and a couple of pics in his posts showed his MINI in the warehouse.

That looks like an original Pac Man cabinet, but if it has selectable games I don't think the boards, and possibly other electronics like the CRT screen, are original. They might have been replaced with MAME boards which emulate the game, and usually adds other games to the cabinet.

Whether that matters or make a difference depends on what you're looking for, but it would affect the pricing since the game is no longer original.

What were the other game choices and how much were they asking?

I can’t remember it had 10 pages of old game including Galactica my favorite. Everything looks old except being able to select games. They want $1100 for it, I am just not sure if that’s a good deal

You mean you don’t play those games on your phone while you are in silly meetings that could have been an e-mail like the rest of us.

One of the problems with MAME cabinets are the control layouts vs the games available. Without switching control panels, the layout might not be the same as the original game, or a trackball game like missile command might have to use a joystick, which can really be a big deal if you're used to playing the original.

If you mean Galaga is your favorite, then this might interest you: https://arcade1up.com/collections/cabinets/products/galaga

It's a 3/4 scale reproduction of Galaga and Galaxian. You can get one from Walmart.com with a riser to make it taller for $300. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Galaga-Arcade-Machine-with-Riser-Arcade1UP/862068428

There's also an 8 n 1 Pacman, Galaga, Dig Dug cocktail table for $400 here if you want more games and don't mind the cocktail layout. https://arcade1up.com/collections/head-2-head-cabinets/products/pac-man-head-2-head-arcade-table

I have seen those and like them. I liked the size of this one and it worked well. I am not sure where I will put it or if it is worth what they are asking. Maybe one of the smaller ones would be better.
